Barkino Consulting & översättning is the only joint stock company in Sweden that specializes in various types of consultancy activities, translation, service and information. We help the client to adapt to current and future conditions.

Translation
Barkino Consulting has been established as a translating bureau since 1990. For almost 20 years we have specialized in translations from Swedish, English and Russian to Arabic. Throughout those years we have noted that authorities and companies requiring translations to Arabic usually employ the services of the major translation companies, and they in turn employ sub-suppliers who in turn employ sub-suppliers. This results in the translation being performed by non-qualified translators, but at extremely competitive prices.
Over the last ten years we have, not least for our own interest, examined hundreds of translations to Arabic that authorities and companies have ordered from the major translation companies. In order to improve the quality of the translation to Arabic, we have pointed out all too obvious translation errors that have been and are still being made by most suppliers.
However, this has unfortunately been without result.
There are currently only five authorized translators to Arabic in Sweden and no all of them are still active.
Furthermore, these authorized translators do not want new authorized competitors since
they are appointed as examiners by the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative
Services Agency (Kammarkollegiet).
We have a sound knowledge of the Arabic language and offer translations of high quality, translations that embrace the stylistics of the language.

The client lists his requirements and the time aspect so that we can ascertain what is required of us. We then quote a total cost for the work. If this is accepted an agreement is drawn up with the client.
